Abstract
Latar Belakang: Anxiety disorder merupakan gangguan psikologis yang ditandai oleh kekhawatiran berlebihan, ketegangan, dan gangguan fungsi sehari-hari. Meskipun terapi konvensional seperti CBT dan faramokologi terbukti efektif, namun beberapa pasien mencari alternatif non-farmakologis karena efek samping obat atau preferensi pribadi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas akupunktur titik Tanzhong (CV17) dalam menurunkan gejala kecemasan pada penyintas anxiety disorder. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan randomized controlled trial (RCT) dengan 20 partisipan yang dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi (akupunktur CV17) dan kontrol (sham acupuncture). Skor Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) diukur sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan adanya penurunan BAI signifikan pada kelompok CV17 dibandingkan kontrol (p < 0,001).
